Dedicated Vehicle: 3-10 working days
All items purchased from us are delivered using our own dedicated fleet of vehicles, for £18.95 including VAT. We will email you to advise you of your scheduled dispatch date of your order. Please do not contact us prior to receiving this email. Note our drivers deliver between a 12-hour period, 7am – 7pm. If our driver faces difficulties whilst delivering your goods, we always strive to notify you in advance. Please keep your telephone to hand in case the driver contacts you to liaise with you directly.
Post Code Exclusions
Please note we only deliver to the UK mainland. We DO NOT deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland, any Isles off mainland UK, JE or GY postcodes.
Some postcodes are subject to longer lead times. Customers should contact the office team with their requirements before ordering online to ensure we can fulfil your order to your address. Effected postcodes: TR, SA, LD, SY, LL, PA, PH, IV, KW.
How Quick Will I Get My Delivery?
We will always endeavour to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible, commonly between 3-10 working days of placing your order. This option is standard on all orders, regardless of the quantity or size of product ordered.

All delivery dates advised are subject to stock availability and are only an estimation, not promised. We cannot guarantee delivery days or delivery time slots, these are estimated dates. If your order is late, we accept no responsibility for any incurred fees for labour, late fees occurred from your customer or any other legally binding arrangements third party to us. We strongly advise not to book builders or labourers on site until you have received your order and it has been cross checked by yourself and in good condition.
Receiving your delivery:
Please note that we deliver kerbside and try to limit direct contact with customers in accordance with COVID safety rules, we may not require a signature. Kerbside delivery means that delivery is made as close as possible to the delivery address you provide. Our helpful drivers will do their best to place your delivery where you wish - on a driveway, for example, but this is at their discretion. If there are access or other restrictions which will prevent vehicles above a certain size reaching your address, please let us know.
Couriers may require a signature and may not leave the goods in a safe location unless this has been specifically requested by yourself. If you liaise directly with the couriers beyond our awareness, we will not be held liable for any delays or lost shipments.
If delivery is attempted and the driver cannot get in contact with you, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Delivery will be reattempted on the next run into your area. We strongly recommend that you keep your telephone to hand to allow the driver to liaise with you directly.
In the event of any damages or discrepancies when you receive your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery and send us photographic evidence of the damages. Once received, we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible.
Please note that our office is not open on weekends, therefore any orders placed over the weekend period will be processed on the next working day which is usually a Monday except if there is a Bank Holiday. The day your order is placed is not classed as your first working day. The following day the order is placed counts as the first day in the delivery window for lead time calculations. All delivery lead times are estimated and are not guaranteed although we always aim to deliver as soon as possible.
To avoid any confusion, we define 'working days' as Monday to Friday excluding weekend and any public holidays.
You have the right to cancel your order for any items purchased from The Acrylic Store except bespoke cut orders, as these have been processed as per your specifications. If you wish to cancel your order you need to email us within 7 days of you receiving delivery of your order and it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in the good condition. This is only available for standard sheet sizes or picking items, not cut-to size or fabricated orders. If your order has been processed and cut, we will not agree on cancellation terms. If your order has been processed but not cut, we will agree and process your cancellation request.
